Description
Phos Hydroxyl? (-OH) is slightly less water soluble than Phos 2?, with excitation from 250-400 nm, and a phosphorescence emission centered ≈ 535 nm with a lifetime (in glycerol) of 97.1 ± 1.1 ?S. Phos Hydroxyl? is a cationic probe.
Phos Hydroxyl? is supplied lyophilized in a 1 mg vial.
For optimum performance, probe vials should be stored at -2 to -8 °C when not being used.
