SPECIFICITY
Detects the 114 kDa PARP-1 holoenzyme, 85 kDa apoptosis-related, and necrosis-related 50/ 62/74 kDa cleavage fragments from human, monkey, hamster, rat and mouse but not chicken.

STORAGE
