Ube2T is an E2 enzyme, which is part of the E1, E2, and E3 cascade respons

e for ubiquitination of protein substrates. Ube2T interacts with the E3 ligase called Fanconi anemia complementation group L (FANCL) that is part of a larger complex to regulate DNA damage repair.
