The enzyme labels can be visualized by means of enzyme histochemical methods via chromogenic (producing color) reactions, or via fluorogenic (producing fluorescence) reactions. The most used enzyme is horse r

sh peroxidase (HRP). HRP can be visualized by chromogenic reactions such as diaminobenzidine (e.g., DAB), fluorescence (e.g., ADHP) or chemiluminescence (e.g., luminol). The highly purified and cross-absorbed purified IgGs are conjugated to HRP in high yield under a neutral condition to maximally retain the activities of both IgG and HRP using our proprietary Buccutite? protein crosslinking technology.
