Recommended Dilution:
This product has been assayed against 1.0 ?g of Goat IgG in a standard capture
ELISA
using ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:14,000 to 1:60,000 of the reconstitution concentration issuggested for this product. Optimal titers for other applications should be determined by the researcher.

This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinitychromatography using Goat IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove anyunwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Rabbit Serum, Goat IgG and Goat Serum. No reaction was observed against Human SerumProteins.
