Endomorphin-2 is an endogenous ago

Endomorphin-2 increases pain thresholds in animal models of thermal pain and inhibits the formation of antibodies in other cellular models. In HUVECs, this peptide stimulates proliferation, migration, adhesion, and tube formation.
