Description:
This liquid Cell Growth Medium is a complete medium to culture BPS’s PD-1/NFAT Reporter-Jurkat Cell (Cat #60535). It is designed for use in an incubator with a 37°C atmosphere of 5% CO2/95% air. Note: for initial thawing and plating of the cells, use Jurkat Thawing Medium (Cat #60184).

This medium is shipped on gel packs. Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C. Do not freeze. Protect from light. If the medium is warmed prior to use, do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for 6 months from date of receipt.
