The human Perforin ELISpot kit is ideal for users who want the flexibility of setting up their own assay. The kit enables enumeration of cells secreting human Perforin, and contains a matched pair of monoclonal capture and detection antibodies and Streptavidin-HRP.

Perforin
Perforin Perforin (also known as PFN) is produced by cytotoxic T cells and NK cells as an effector molecule in the cell-mediated destruction of target cells. Perforin will facilitate delivery of granzymes which induces apoptosis of the target cell.
