HL60 (Human promyelocytic leukemia cell line) Whole Cell Lysate. Cells were lysed in Lysis buffer(20mM HEPES, pH7.2, 20mM Phosphoglycerate, 150mM NaCl, 10% glycerol, 1% NP-40, 1mM EDTA, 1mM EGTA, 1mM Na3VO4, 5mM NaF, 1mM PMSF, 5ug/ml Pepstatin A, 5ug/ml Aprotinin, 5ug/ml Leupeptin) and diluted with reducing sample buffer (60mM Tris, pH 6.8, 6% glycerol, 2% SDS, 0.2% bromphenol blue, 200mM 2- mercaptoethanol).
