LH is part of the fertility Gold Conjugate family.Human Luteinizing hormone (lutropin) is essential in human reproduction. In the female, LH triggers ovulation and in the male, it is responsible for the production of testosterone. Conjugated to the 40nm gold nanoparticles (BA.LH40) is a monoclonal antibody which recognises human Luteinizing Hormone and its beta-subunit. This conjugate has been designed to work with a monoclonal capture antibody (01042292M), which recognises human luteinizing hormone and its beta-subunit.
