Methylene Blue is sold dry and is simply reconstituted by adding 50 ?L of either water/MeOH/EtOH and/or buffer.? One vial of our sensitizer will typically allow for 10 measurements to be undertaken, when 5 ?L from the 50 ?L is further diluted into 3 cm

volumes within a cuvette, the OD at Abs λmax 660 nm is typically > 0.1.
For optimum performance, probe vials should be stored at -2 to -8 °C when not being used.? Probe solutions should be used after dilution.
