Description
Rose Bengal is a well-known efficient producer of singlet oxygen with an intense absorption band from 480-550 nm, with an emission band centered at 570 nm.
Rose Bengal? is sold dry and is simply reconstituted by adding 50 ?L of either water/MeOH/EtOH and/or buffer.? One vial of our sensitizer will typically allow for 10 measurements to be undertaken, when 5 ?L from the 50 ?L is further diluted into 3 cm

volumes within a cuvette, the OD at 570 nm is typically > 0.1.
