ly excited from 280-320 nm.? The phosphorescence lifetime increases when the excitation wavelength is reduced from 320 to 280 nm, 2.81 and 3.07 ms respectively in air-equilibrated glycerol at 0 C.
Sensitizer Blue? is sold dry and is simply reconstituted by adding 50 ?L of either water/MeOH/EtOH and/or buffer.? One vial of our sensitizer will typically allow for 10 measurements to be undertaken, when 5 ?L from the 50 ?L is further diluted into 3 cm

volumes within a cuvette.
For optimum performance, probe vials should be stored at -2 to -8 C when not being used.? Probe solutions should be used after dilution.
