Sample Preparation:
Brief centrifugation at 10,000 xg for 2 minutes to pellet the powder. Dissolve the powder in small amount of DMSO (e.g. 25 μg in 0.625 μL = 40 μg/μL). Add this DMSO stock slowly to 50 μL buffer such as 20 mM Tris, pH 7.2, 50 mM NaCl to make a stock solution of 0.5 μg/μL (45 μM) (please note the order of addition). Tap the tube to mix. Working concentration 0.5-2 μM.
