Neonatal human foreskin fibroblasts (NuFFs) are mitotically inactivated fibroblasts produced by GlobalStem and functionally validated by
Stemgent
to support the generation of induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cell colonies from human newborn foreskin fibroblasts using the
Stemgent
mRNA Reprogramming Kit. NuFF-RQ cells can also be used to condition?Pluriton? Reprogramming Medium?and improve the productivity of iPS generation in feeder-free and extended feeder-based reprogramming cultures.

Store in vapor phase liquid nitrogen. Stable for a minimum of 6 months from date of receipt when stored as directed.

protocols NuFF-RQ cells are guaranteed to be greater than 80% viable upon thaw.
